☕ how to enjoy the unsweetened version:
- if you aren't a huge fan of stevia, we recommend trying the unsweetened R&R
- most customers enjoy adding honey 🍯 or maple syrup 🍁
- other options include xylitol, monk fruit, or even good old sugar

GABA is a neurotransmitter that helps regulate sleep and mood, to help you have a restful night. GABA has been shown to reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality, making it an ideal ingredient for our night-time hot chocolate.

Do I choose sweetened/unsweetened?

We use a natural sweetener, stevia, in our original Rest & Recover. This does taste different to the sweetness from sugar that you might be used to, so we launched the unsweetened version for those who don't particularly like stevia.

By choosing the unsweetened version, you have the option of adding a sweetener of your choice, whether it be maple syrup, agave, honey, sugar... whatever you fancy :)

How to use

You can enjoy Rest & Recover as a warm or a cold beverage.
Simply mix 2 heaped teaspoons with hot/cold water, and add milk of your choice. Or if you're feeling extra indulgent, mix 2 heaped teaspoons in a mug filled with warm milk or non-dairy drink. Mmmmmm :)

Drink 30 minutes before bed for best results.
