Rest & Recover Brownies

Craving something a little more decadent than a mug of Rest & Recover? We've got you! Check out this recipe for fudgy chocolate brownies using Rest & Recover instead of cocoa powder. These brownies are high in magnesium, ashwagandha, reishi mushroom, GABA, L-theanine and many more wonderful nutrients!
Rest & Recover chocolate brownies (vegan)
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed and 5 tbsp water OR 5 tbsp apple sauce
- ž cup sweetened Rest & Recover
- 1,5 cups flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup water
- ½ cup chocolate chipsÂ
Note: If using unsweetened R&R, I would add about 1 to 1.25 cups of sugar

- Mix flax and 5 tbsp water and leave it for 5 minutes to form a flax âeggâ.Â
- Combine all dry ingredients (except choc chips) and give it a stir.
- Add wet to dry and mix until combined (donât over mix).
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a baking dish lined with baking paper, and make sure to spread the batter evenly.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins.
